How To Install iMovie On The iPad 1 – Guide !!!

When I heard that iMove for the iPad was only going to be made avalible on the iPad 2 I was pretty dissapointed, I really think that the iPad could be a great platrom for editing videos even if you dont have the camera , as you can easily sync videos that you have taken with your iPhone or other cameras with the device. Thankfully the guys over at MacRumours have found a way to get iMovie working on the first gen iPad.

This is what you need to do

1.  Download and install the latest version 3.3 of iPhone Configuration Utility (Windows / Mac)

2.  Open the iPhone Configuration Utility, click on “Applications” sectiom that can be found on the left and then open iMovie

(which can be found under iTunes / Mobile Applications)

3. Now connect your iPad via USB cable and select your iPad listed under “Devices”

4Now all you have to do is select the “Applications” tab and hit the “Install” button to install iMovie 1.2 on your iPad.
